Timetable

You will receive a computerized proof by e-mail of your order within 24 hours after your payment and personalization information is received. Once you have approved your e-mail proof, your order will be mailed out within 5-7 days.

Custom handmade invitations with large quantities require more time. Since is done and assemble one by one.  The proper time to deliver invitations for big events is a month prior the event, so I need at least a month prior the delivery to start the invitations so it can be done on time and deliver on time.

Recibirás una prueba de la orden vía correo electrónico dentro de 24 horas después de haber recibido su pago y la información correspondiente.  Una vez que haya aprobado su prueba electrónica, su orden será enviada por correo dentro de 5-7 días.

Las invitaciones hechas a mano en grandes cantidades requieren más tiempo. Ya que son hechas y terminadas una a una. El tiempo apropiado para enviar las invitaciones para eventos grandes es de un mes de anticipación. Así que necesito por lo menos un mes antes de la fecha de envío para empesar las invitaciones para que se haga a tiempo y sean despachadas con tiempo.

Especially made invitations

I will be happy to design an invitation just for you and send you a sample by e-mail; however you must be placing an order with me to do so!  If you place the order, and I cannot come up with a satisfactory design for you, I will gladly refund your money.

Será un placer de diseñar una invitación solo para tí y enviarte un ejemplo vía correo electrónico; claro, tienes que establecer la orden conmigo.  Si haces una orden y no hago un diseño satisfactorio para su gusto, le devolveré su dinero.

Adding photographs to your invitations 

You can add a photo on your invitation to make more personalize. You can send it by e-mail or you can mail me a photo and I will scan it for you. You photo will be returned with your order.

Puedes añadir una foto en su invitación para hacerlo más personalizado. Lo puedes enviar vía correo electrónico o por corréo aéreo para hacerle una copia electrónica.  La foto se le devolverá con su orden.

*Please remember, if using a professional photograph I'm assuming that you have a written release from the photographer.

Ordering

Email me to let me know which item you are interested in. Once everything is in order, I will send you a PayPal Invoice.  You will need a Visa, MasterCard or Bank Account to pay online through PayPal. 

Déjeme saber en cual está interesado. Una vez que todo esté en orden, le enviaré una factura de PayPal. Necesitará una tarjeta Visa, MasterCard or cuenta de Banco para pagar "cibernéticamente" a travéz de PayPal. Es una transacción segura.

By Mail
If you are paying by check or Money Order*, or if you simply prefer mailing in your order, email me to get a printable order form or send the printed PayPal Invoice. Mail your completed order form along with payment. *Money Order preferred.

Si usted desea pagar con cheque o Giro postal*, escríbame para enviarle una forma de la orden o envíe la factura impresa de PayPal. Envíe por correo la forma completada junto con el pago. *Prefiero Giro postal.

Shipping Methods 

I use mostly USPS Priority Mail flat rate. Insurance is optional, but recommended. I am not responsible once it leaves my home.

Mayormente utilizo los Servicios de Correo de EU de tarifa fija en correo de Prioridad. El seguro es opcional pero es recomendable. No soy responsable una vez que salga de mi hogar. 

Refunds 

I take pride of what I do and always sensitive to the customer needs. If you are not satisfy with the PROOF, I will not proceed with the order.  Once the PROOF have been approved, the order done and mailed, it is too late to make any changes.

Me gusta hacer lo que hago y siempre sensitiva a las necesitades de los clientes.  Si usted no está satisfecha con la PRUEBA, yo no procederé con la orden.  Una vez que la PRUEBA ha sido aprobada, la orden será llevada a cabo y será enviada por correo. Después de aprobada la orden es demasiado tarde para hacer cualquier cambio.
